Before joining THOM STUDIO, Julien spent seven years working in Australia, including time alongside Jaye Edwards as a Master Stylist.

During that time, he developed a strong understanding of modern colour, effortless styling and hair that needs to perform in real life, not just in the salon chair.

His background also includes work as an O&M Haircare ambassador, giving him a strong foundation in product knowledge, colour education and maintaining the health of the hair through technical services.

That experience now informs the way he works at THOM STUDIO: considered, calm, technical and focused on the individual.

A Private Studio Experience

Julien works from THOM STUDIO, a private 5th floor hair studio in downtown Vancouver.

The studio is intentionally small, calm and appointment-based. There are no walk-ins, no crowded salon floor and no rushed atmosphere.

For clients who prefer a quieter hair appointment, THOM STUDIO offers a more personal experience. One-to-one time, proper consultation and space for the work to be done carefully.
